As a cultural anthropologist immersed in Chinese traditions and a lifelong wanderer, Asia has shaped my worldview for over 20 years. My academic journey — a PhD in Technical Sciences and a Master’s in Biology — might seem at odds with my true calling: deciphering the metaphysical wisdom of ancient China. I’ve spent decades translating forgotten texts, mapping the intricate dance between destiny and wellness, and bridging the empirical rigor of Western science with the poetic logic of Eastern philosophy.
My fascination with healing systems began in childhood. For 30 years, I navigated the sterile precision of laboratory diagnostics, only to discover a deeper truth during my first encounter with China’s living traditions — the pulse of acupuncture needles, the alchemy of herbal remedies, the whispers of Qi in a teacup.
Chinese astrology, to me, is the ultimate synthesis. It doesn’t just predict fate — it paints humans as cosmic landscapes where Qi rivers nourish the Blood’s valleys, and Spirit rises like mist through the mountains of our DNA. This is science as poetry, mathematics as divination.
